How long will the personal data collected be kept?
The personal data provided will be kept as long as the business relationship is maintained or until you request its deletion, and for the period during which legal liabilities may arise from the services provided.
Lawful Basis

Intellectual Property Rights for www.aeimis.com
AEIMIS owns all copyrights, intellectual and industrial property rights, «know-how,» and any other rights related to the content of the website www.aeimis.com and the services offered on it. This also includes the software required for their implementation and all related information.
The reproduction, publication, and/or use of the website’s content—whether in whole or in part—for purposes other than strictly private use is not permitted without prior written consent from AEIMIS.
Intellectual Property of Software
Users must respect third-party software made available by AEIMIS, even if it is free and/or publicly available.
AEIMIS holds the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights for the software.
The user does not acquire any rights or licenses over the software required to provide the service, nor over the technical information used to monitor the service, except for the rights and licenses necessary to fulfill the contracted services and only for the duration of those services.
For any action that goes beyond fulfilling the contract, the user will need written authorization from AEIMIS. The user is forbidden from accessing, modifying, or viewing the configuration, structure, and files of AEIMIS’s servers. The user assumes civil and criminal liability for any issues that may arise in the servers and security systems as a direct result of their negligent or malicious actions.
Intellectual Property of Hosted Content
Using the services provided by AEIMIS in a way that violates intellectual property laws is prohibited, including specifically:
- Any use that is contrary to Spanish laws or that infringes on the rights of third parties.
- The publication or transmission of any content that, in the opinion of AEIMIS, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic, or defamatory.
- Cracks, software serial numbers, or any other content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- The collection and/or use of other users’ personal data without their express consent or in violation of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
- Using the domain’s mail server and email addresses for sending unsolicited bulk mail.
The user bears full responsibility for the content of their website, the information transmitted and stored, hypertext links, any third-party claims, and any legal actions related to intellectual property, third-party rights, and the protection of minors.
The user is responsible for complying with all current laws and regulations and the rules governing the operation of online services, e-commerce, copyright, the maintenance of public order, and the universal principles of Internet use.
The user will indemnify AEIMIS for any costs incurred by AEIMIS if it is implicated in a legal case for which the user is responsible. This includes legal fees and expenses, even in the case of a non-final judicial decision.
Protection of Hosted Information
AEIMIS performs backups of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the accidental loss or deletion of data by users. Similarly, it does not guarantee the complete restoration of data deleted by users, as the data in question may have been deleted and/or modified during the period of time since the last backup.
The services offered, with the exception of specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content saved in the backups made by AEIMIS when this loss is attributable to the user. In such a case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, subject to the user’s prior acceptance.
The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to AEIMIS.
Commercial Communications
In compliance with the Spanish Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act (LSSI), AEIMIS will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or any other equivalent electronic means unless they have been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.
In cases where a prior contractual relationship exists with users, AEIMIS is authorized to send commercial communications regarding AEIMIS products or services that are similar to those initially contracted by the client.
In any case, the user can request to stop receiving commercial information through the Customer Service channels after verifying their identity.
